CAS PD-II Series

Follow these steps to set the ECR interface to TYPE-2

1. Power off the scale

2. While pressing the "#" key, turn on the power

3. Confirm that "EcrSet" is displayed on the screen followed by current ECR type

4. Press the "*" key to toggle between ECR types

5. Stop when "TYPE-2" is displayed

6. Press the "ZERO" key to save the ECR type

CAS BW Series

Follow these steps to set the RS-232C communication setting

1. Power on the scale

2. Press the "*" key for three seconds to enter the F-1 menu

3. Press the "↑" key to move to the F-2 menu

4. Press the "←" key to toggle between set points

5. Stop when "3" is displayed

6. Press the "ENTER" key to save the set point

USB Port Address

To have the Darkbox list the USB Address or Path, in the Command Line enter the command

lsusb

You may need to disconnect the printers from the Darkbox temporarily to make it easier to identify the correct port.
