How to change the Dev Id of a computer station

Steps I. Generate a device id from this site https://www.guidgenerator.com/online-guid-generator.aspx 2. Copy the generated id (below is a sample) 213e1d07-9f02-4bff-97bc-f35beca1e228 1. In the computer of the customer, search for Registry Editor and pull it up 2. Click Yes when prompted to Open the Registry Editor 3. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SOFTWARE Microsoft Cryptography\MachineGuid 4. Change the Value Data using the generated Dev Id 5. Restart the computer 6. Pull up EnlitePOS then check if the Dev id has changed.
